The Moderating Role of Team Climate between Servant leadership, Employee Ambidexterity and Work Performance

The main purpose of this study is to empirically test the moderating role team climate between servant leadership, employee ambidexterity and work performance. Data were collected from 180 teachers working in different schools Punjab, Pakistan. sample was drawn using convenience sampling technique. direct indirect hypotheses tested two-step Partial Least Square (PLS) path modelling. SEM has been used analyze data. findings research designated effect leadership on performance as essential. results further revealed that relationship performance, operates a moderator, framework mediated by ambidexterity. can be improved when leaders encourage adopt ambidextrous activities being exploration exploitation according situation meet challenges overcome constraints. will act policy guide for Punjab School administration areas such enhancement through style ambidexterity, well climate. show impacts are tremendous beneficial educational institutes
